Why Did the Messenger Disregard Allah's Laws?

Brothers, I apologise for my absence. I have been busy with matters of Jihad as well as schooling younger Moslems in the beauty and GLORY of Martyrdom Missions.

However, let us look to the ENDLESS Peace and Tolerance that Islam provides.

When the Qurayza surrendered to the Muslims, Muhammad determined to have every man of the tribe executed, along with every boy that had reached the initial stages of puberty (between the ages of 11 and 14).

Between 700 and 900 men and boys met the JUSTICE of Islam after their surrender, and were beheaded according to dictates of the Messenger.

The surviving children of these men became slaves of the Muslims, and their widows became sex slaves.

This included the Jewish girl, Rayhana, who became one of Muhammad's personal concubines the very night that her husband, her family and her people were killed. The prophet of Islam "enjoyed her pleasures" even as the very execution of her people was taking place.

As we all know, Islam condones the taking of slaves, and female slaves can be used in any manner her Muslim Master sees fit, including sexually.

Qur'an (4:24) - "And all married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives) whom your right hands possess."

However, this is the question:

-- Why did Muhammad disregard Allah's laws and not wait the appropriate time for his new slave to menstruate before he took his Islamic rights?
